If a luxury saffron allocation payload or collector’s jar arrives with a verified packaging defect, displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered model parameters, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an integrity claim, the items must be entirely unused, completely unsealed, free of glass or label blemishes, and stored inside their original pristine shipping boxes with all factory tamper-evident quality seals entirely intact.

3.2 Culinary & Biological Safety Exclusions

To maintain absolute biological safety and quality control across our luxury network, any saffron jar or sealed tin that has had its primary vacuum seal broken, lid twisted, or factory tamper sticker defaced cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom-engraved corporate gifting collections or specialized wholesale bulk allocations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your returned cargo is safely received back at our central luxury distribution vault, it undergoes a strict sensory check, visual filament audit, and forensic seal evaluation to verify its original technical integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified fulfillment errors will be fully managed and covered by ZaffronCo.
